11 vegan soup brands for easy, healthy meals

Whether it’s a weeknight or your work-from-home lunch break, sometimes you just want something quick and easy, but still healthy. Enter these vegan soup brands! Bonus points if you pair the soup with crusty bread for a well-rounded satisfying meal.

Check out the 11 vegan soup brands below for the best vegan canned soups and soup bowls. Normally I’d like to test these out and share my opinions on each one, but as I’ve been feeling a bit nauseous recently (wink wink!), I haven’t had the opportunity to do so. I’ll update this blog post as I go along and share my thoughts as I try them.

Alvalle

Available in Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, Sweden, Switzerlands, the United Kingdom and the United States

I have yet to be converted to the idea of gazpacho, but I can see the appeal on a warm summer’s day, so I might give this one a go. You can find it here.

Amy’s Kitchen

Available in Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, India and the United States

Amy’s Kitchen makes organic and non-GMO soups and they have low-sodium options for most of them too. Check the ingredient list if it’s important to you that it’s a vegan, not “just” vegetarian canned soup, as a few of the soups contain dairy.

Plant Chef

Available in the United Kingdom

Plant Chef is Tesco’s vegan brand and they currently offer three plant-based soups: lentil & pepper; sweet potato & coconut soup; and tomato & basil. The sweet potato one is nice on its own, but we often mix the lentil (one can) and the tomato (two cans) together to sneak some lentils into the boys!

Soupologie

Available in the United Kingdom

Soupologie offers “5-a-day” soups, based on the recommendation that adults should get at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. Their products seem temporarily unavailable from supermarkets, but in the meantime check out their recipe books below!
